Step 1:

Prepare your paper according to the guidelines.

Step 2:

Pay the registration fee.

Step 3:

Create a user account.

Step 4:

Log in, upload the paper & payment proof

Step 5:

Initial screening (Payment, Formatting, and Plagiarism check).

Step 6:

Peer review process.

Step 7:

Notification of review results (Accepted / Revisions required / Rejected).

Step 8:

Revise the paper and format strictly as instructed.

Step 9:

Verify accuracy and final correctness.

Step 10:

Issuance of the Acceptance Letter.

Step 11:

Prepare the presentation files.

Step 12:

Present online via Zoom.

Step 13:

Receive the certificate and payment receipt.

Step 14:

Download e-proceedings from the website.

Remarks:
1. Registration fees are non-refundable once the paper enters the peer-review process (Step 6 onwards), or
2. While the paper status is “Under Peer Review”
