⚙️ Mandatory Zoom Renaming Policy
Upon entering the Zoom room, all presenters must rename themselves using this exact format: PaperID_FullName (e.g., 05_John_Smith). This allows The Conference Team to quickly identify you, grant screen-sharing rights, and move you to the correct presentation room.
⚠️ Strict No-Show Policy
Each paper is allocated 15 minutes (⏱️ 10 minutes live oral presentation + 💬 5 minutes Q&A). At least one author must be present in their assigned Breakout Room on time. If no author appears to deliver the presentation, the paper will be automatically excluded from the final Conference Proceedings, and registration fees will be strictly non-refundable.
