6. Peer Review Process

Review Method

  • ▪️Process: Each paper is reviewed by 3 independent peer reviewers from different institutions.
  • ▪️Type: Double-blind review (author and reviewer identities remain anonymous).

Review Outcomes

    Each paper will be assigned one of the following statuses based on the review results:
  1. Accepted 
  2. Accepted with Revisions (Approved, pending corrections)
  3. Rejected 

Criteria for Decision

    Final decisions require agreement from at least 2 reviewers:
  • ▪️Paper Acceptance: Receives “Accepted” and/or “Accepted with Revisions” from 2 or more reviewers.
  • ▪️Paper Rejection: Receives “Rejected” from 2 reviewers.
📢 Important Remarks:
  • ▪️Non-Refundable Policy: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable if the paper is under review, pending peer review results, or after the final decision has been made.
  • ▪️Review Updates: Individual reviewer feedback will be updated in the system progressively until all 3 reviews are completed.
