5. Verification Process
The Conference Team will verify your submission based on the following three criteria:
1.Paper Formatting Check
Incorrect Formatting: If the formatting does not meet the guidelines, your paper status will change to “Revision Required: Formatting “.- How to Check: Monitor your paper status under the “Status – Inter Conf.” menu or log in to the system (Figure 5.1).
- How to Fix: Revise your file and re-upload it via the system (Figure 5.2).
2.Payment Verification
- ▪️Requirements: Your proof of payment must clearly display the payment date, account number, account name, and total amount transferred.
- ▪️Payment Details: Find details and methods under the “About” menu.
3.Plagiarism Check
- ▪️System Used: All submissions will undergo a similarity check using the Plagiarism Detection Tool.
- ▪️Acceptance Threshold: The similarity index must not exceed 20%.
