\n Upon entering the Zoom room, all presenters must rename themselves<\/strong> using this exact format: PaperID_FullName<\/code> (e.g., 05_John_Smith<\/code>). This allows The Conference Team<\/strong> to quickly identify you, grant screen-sharing rights, and move you to the correct presentation room.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\u26a0\ufe0f Strict No-Show Policy<\/h5>\n

\n Each paper is allocated 15 minutes (\u23f1\ufe0f 10 minutes live oral presentation + \ud83d\udcac 5 minutes Q&A). At least one author must be present in their assigned Breakout Room on time.
